How your data is handled.

When you submit a project brief through the quote form we collect your name, WhatsApp number, and — if you choose to provide it — your email address. We also store the full chat transcript so we can give you an accurate quote.

We record how you arrived: UTM campaign parameters, the referring URL, and any ad-platform click identifiers (e.g. Facebook's fbclid, Google's gclid). We also store a hashed copy of your IP address for abuse prevention; the raw address is never written to disk.

Your brief goes into a Postgres database hosted on Neon via Vercel. Faiz reads it and replies — usually within 24 hours — over WhatsApp or email. No one else has access to your contact details. We don't sell them, share them with recruiters, or hand them to any mailing-list service.

If you arrived through a paid ad, we may send a one-way hashed copy of your email address or phone number back to the originating platform (e.g. Meta, Google) so it can confirm you reached us. This is standard conversion reporting. The hash is one-way: neither we nor the platform can reverse it to recover the original value.

If you'd rather not have that conversion event forwarded, email the address at the bottom of this page before submitting your brief, or mention it in the chat.

When you visit the project-brief page (/quote), we load Meta's Pixel script. It sets a _fbp cookie on your browser to help Meta attribute your visit to a specific ad campaign if you arrived from Facebook or Instagram. We do not use it for advertising you back to on Meta beyond confirming you reached our site. If you prefer to block it, any browser-level ad-blocker extension will do the job without affecting how the chat works.

There are no third-party tracking pixels or analytics SDKs on the quote page. The only analytics in use is Vercel's built-in page-view counter, which records request timestamps and an approximate geographic region. It does not record personal data and is not shared with third-party advertisers.

Project briefs are kept indefinitely so Faiz can refer back to past conversations when scoping similar work. Attribution and tracking events are automatically purged after 12 months.
