A freelancer should not have to rebuild a quotation from scratch every time a client asks for one. Use My Template brings reusable layouts, client details, and document drafts into the same workspace.
The product spans two ways of working: a visual web interface and tools that connected AI assistants can call. The document remains the same useful artifact, whichever interface starts it.
The engineering
A document is more than a prompt.
Templates, saved clients, and drafts need durable state. Generation needs a predictable layout and a downloadable result. Tools must respect account boundaries and communicate clearly when a request cannot be completed.
Cloudflare Workers, Durable Objects, D1, and R2 support the hosted application. The assistant integration uses MCP to expose structured document operations. The public website explains the templates and workflows without exposing anyone’s saved documents.

The homepage of this portfolio includes a small interactive invoice example: edit a description, adjust the quantity, and change its visual theme. It demonstrates the interaction using synthetic sample data. It does not create an invoice, contact a customer, or access the live workspace.
